There is nothing more brilliant than getting a “good morning, lets go to the beach” phone call from a friend on a Sunday morning. Following Satursday’s light rain at around noontime, Sunday’s weather was beautiful beach weather! And not having been to the beach since before Ramadan started, I’d missed a good month of it…
The beach was kind of empty, which was expected, considering that summer is basically over, we’re in late September, and the foreigners and family from abroad have all left. But I guess that’s what makes the beach all the more peaceful…
